Lumina Arts Alliance CIC is a Northamptonshire-based, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to making creativity, arts education and cultural opportunities accessible to everyone. Through inclusive workshops, exhibitions and community-led initiatives and community Events, we bring people together, nurture creative talent and support individuals who may otherwise face barriers to participation.
We believe creativity has the power to improve wellbeing, build confidence, develop practical skills and strengthen communities. Our programmes provide welcoming environments where individuals of all backgrounds and abilities can explore their interests, express themselves and develop personally, socially and creatively.
Alongside our community work, we champion emerging and established artists, supporting professional development, artistic collaboration and opportunities to showcase their work. By connecting creativity with education, wellbeing and social inclusion, we aim to build a more accessible, connected and vibrant creative community.
Dylan Jake
Chair & Executive Director
Dylan Jake is a contemporary photographer, creative entrepreneur and community leader with a strong commitment to making arts and creative education accessible to all. His contributions have been recognised through several awards, including Volunteer of the Year 2025, the Rose of Northamptonshire and the Lady Juliet Townsend Award. He is also the founder of Influx Gallery, an international platform championing emerging and established artists.
As Chair and Executive Director of Lumina Arts Alliance, Dylan provides strategic leadership, overseeing the organisation’s governance, marketing, strategic development and finances. His work focuses on creating opportunities for individuals and communities who may otherwise face barriers to accessing the arts, education and personal development.
With a particular interest in the relationship between creativity, mental health and social inclusion, Dylan believes the arts can play an important role in building confidence, developing practical skills and strengthening community connections. Through Lumina, he is committed to creating an inclusive environment where creativity is not simply encouraged, but used as a meaningful pathway towards opportunity, wellbeing and personal growth.
Jack Savage
Creative & Operations Director
Jack Savage is an internationally recognised, award-winning fine art and portrait photographer, with over 100 international photography awards to his name. A recipient of the Rose of Northamptonshire Award and an Adobe Certified Expert in Photoshop CC, his work has been exhibited internationally and is recognised for its technical excellence, distinctive visual storytelling and conceptual depth.
Alongside his professional photography career, Jack has a strong commitment to creative education and making the arts accessible to wider communities. He has extensive experience developing and delivering exhibitions, workshops and educational programmes, combining his artistic expertise with a practical and engaging approach to teaching. His work encourages creative exploration, builds technical skills and supports individuals in developing confidence in their own artistic abilities.
As Creative and Operations Director of Lumina Arts Alliance, Jack oversees the organisation's creative direction, programme development and day-to-day operations. He plays a central role in shaping Lumina's artistic identity, supporting creative practitioners and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, inclusive experiences. Through his leadership, Jack helps bridge the gap between professional artistic practice and community participation, creating opportunities for individuals to discover their potential, develop new skills and progress within the creative arts.
Louise Troy
Community & Strategic Director
Louise Troy is an accomplished creative professional, community leader and careers coach, bringing over 16 years of experience across the creative industries, education and community development. An experienced makeup artist and hairstylist, Louise combines her artistic expertise with a strong background in employability, personal development and supporting individuals to overcome barriers to opportunity. Her dedication to empowering others has earned her a nomination for West Northamptonshire Council's Inspirational Woman of the Year Award, recognising her contribution to the wider community.
Throughout her career, Louise has championed the importance of creativity, inclusion and personal empowerment. Her approach brings together artistic expression, practical skills development and individual wellbeing, creating meaningful opportunities for people from diverse backgrounds. With extensive experience supporting individuals in building confidence, identifying their strengths and progressing towards personal and professional goals, she is passionate about ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to realise their potential, regardless of their circumstances.
As Community and Strategic Director of Lumina Arts Alliance, Louise plays a leading role in shaping the organisation's community engagement, inclusive programmes and strategic development. She works to strengthen relationships with local communities, identify emerging needs and develop initiatives that promote accessibility, wellbeing and opportunity. Through her leadership, Louise helps ensure Lumina remains responsive to the people it serves, creating welcoming environments where individuals feel valued, supported and empowered to develop their skills, confidence and aspirations.
