A legal disclaimer

At Lumina Arts Alliance CIC, we aim to offer fair and transparent policies for all participants.
 

Paid Workshops & Events

If you’ve booked a paid workshop or event:

  • Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 48 hours before the session start time.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances (at our discretion).

  • If we cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered a full refund or transfer to a future date.
     

Free Events & Workshops

Most of our free events have limited capacity. If you can’t attend:

  • Please let us know in advance so we can offer your place to someone else.

  • Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to register for future events.
